Terms of Service

RealView is a beta product for sharing and reading honest, tour-based property feedback: ratings, notes, and photos tied to real listings so the next shopper wastes less time. Real people. Real tours. Real feedback.

During the beta, property search is limited to the Dallas–Fort Worth area described in the app. Queries outside that area show a beta notice instead of results.

You need an account to write reviews; browsing search results may not require one. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

One account per person. Do not share accounts or misrepresent who you are.

Write only about properties you actually toured or visited. Keep feedback truthful, specific, and focused on the property — not on private individuals.

Do not post spam, advertisements, personal data (yours or anyone else’s), discriminatory content, or anything unlawful. Do not scrape, bulk-download, or abuse rate limits, and do not attempt to disrupt the service.

You keep ownership of the reviews and photos you post. By publishing on RealView you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content to operate and promote the service.

Published reviews are public. Make sure you have the rights to any photo you upload and consent from any identifiable person in it.

You can delete your own reviews from your dashboard. Copies may persist briefly in backups, and content quoted by others is outside our control.

We may review, edit, hide, or remove content that violates these terms or our guidelines, and we may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations.

Moderation is a judgment call during a fast-moving beta; removal of some content does not mean everything remaining has been verified.

Property facts (prices, beds, baths, status, listing photos) come from third-party listing-data providers and public records. They can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Always confirm details with the listing agent or official records before making decisions.

Listing content belongs to its respective owners and providers; it is shown to you for personal, non-commercial shopping use.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy of reviews or listings, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. RealView does not replace your agent, inspector, or your own judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealView and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the beta, including decisions you make based on reviews or listing data.

As a beta we may change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time — including expanding search beyond DFW. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service.

If we make material changes to these terms we will update the “Last updated” date below.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
