Our story
About RealView
RealView was born from weekend tours that did not match the photos. We built a place for honest tour notes so the next buyer wastes less time.
How we got here
Every weekend we walked into houses that didn't match the hype.
RealView was born out of the very real frustration of shopping for a home. The listings were gorgeous, the descriptions were polished—and yet every weekend we walked into houses that didn't match the hype. Rooms felt smaller than the photos. Traffic noise wasn't mentioned. Prices didn't reflect the work needed. We kept thinking: if only we could hear from the buyers who already toured this place.
So we built RealView. It's a simple idea: collect honest feedback from real tours and surface it for the next buyer. Instead of more marketing, you get context—what people liked, what didn't work, and why they ultimately passed. Sellers and agents benefit, too, with clear signals about price, layout, condition, or timing so they can make smarter adjustments.
Our goal is to help you waste less time and make better decisions. RealView doesn't replace your agent or your judgment—it adds the missing layer of truth between the photos and the offer.
“If only we could hear from the buyers who already toured this place.”
The question that started RealView
Why we built it
That gap — between the listing and the walkthrough — is why RealView exists.
The product grew out of that gap — not from a desire to add another marketing surface to the listing.
Save weekends, not listings
See common watch-outs before you drive across town — rooms that feel smaller, noise that never made the copy, work the price does not reflect.
Honest, structured feedback
Ratings and notes stay focused on condition, listing accuracy, location, and value after a real tour.
Buyer-first by design
Reviews are tied to a member account and moderated against community guidelines — not another listing brochure.
