Common questions

Do I need an account to read reviews?: No. Browsing is free and open to everyone. Sign up only when you want to leave a review, vote on helpfulness, or save listings.
What is a Trusted Reviewer?: It's a badge members earn after publishing reviews for five unique properties. Trusted reviews rank a bit higher in listings and their authors carry a visible badge.
What are Pro and Realtor Pro?: Planned paid tiers. Pro unlocks a public profile at /@username with your full review history. Realtor Pro adds a verified Realtor badge and a realtor card on listings you represent. Paid tiers are not yet live — everyone is free at MVP.
How do you verify Realtors?: At launch verification is manual: submit your license and an admin reviews it by hand. We expect to add license-lookup integrations as we scale.
Can an agent or owner respond to a review?: Yes — response threads are planned. Responses are labeled so readers can distinguish a Realtor reply from another reviewer.
How do you handle inappropriate content?: Members can flag reviews. Reviews that cross thresholds auto-hide pending admin review. Personal attacks, PII, and photos of occupants are never allowed.
Is my review anonymous?: Display names are pseudonymous by default. Pro and Realtor Pro members can choose a public profile at /@username if they want attribution.
